I don’t think It gonna be a Flickr killer, because Flickr was the first to launch the service, and hence got already millions of users.Users of Flickr won’t shift from Flickr to Picasa as long as they like the Flickr serivces. in my humble opinion of course :)
Until Google make PWA More socialites and Web based Picture Editing it will be a Rival For Flickr . i’m one of Picasa Fan .
