The first Saudi bloggers meet up is to be held on Friday. Unfortunately, this necessarily means that I won’t be able to attend, because I will be leaving Riyadh on vacation. However, I would be happy to attend (or even organize, if in Hassa) a meet up for the eastern province bloggers. I know there is several bloggers from Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran, and I think we can schedule a date for a meeting before Eid al-Fitr. I am not Saudi, but I live in Dhahran, and I am staying over during the vacation so can I attend?

If Jo can get out for such a thing I have to join as well. Since our maid is going home just the thought of leaving mr. man alone with all the kids is even more of an incentive to join in.
