It looks like this one-page Arabic website is trying to serve as a guide for blogs, and it seems restricted to Arabic blogs only. This makes me wonder if Arab bloggers in Arabic have a problem with linking to English-language Arab bloggers.
For me, when it comes to linking, I link to what I consider good content, regardless of the language used. And although some of my readers get frustrated when they follow a link to a page they can’t read, but what matters more to me is that I know for sure there are a lot of readers who can read it, and probably would enjoy it.
I mean: I don’t have any kind of language discrimination when I link. If I find something interesting, I just link to it. Yes, it is this simple. I think languages are supposed to facilitate communication between us, not the opposite.

even I get frustarted at times when the links take me to an arabic website, but it’s all right, because I am sure someone else will benefit from reading the article. However, what I like is how you write very briefly about the article, whether it is in english or arabic. So while I may not be able to read the link in arabic, I can read your short synopsis.

but I think arabic bloggers have a problem with arabs writing blogs in arabic .. I tried convincing one omani arabic bloggers to include himself in an english list of Omani bloggers but he insisted that we should have a list of arabic bloggers and english ones .. it leaves me lost because I use both languages!!
Anyway, I guess you are doing fine.. like what Mansur said you write brifely about the article which makes the english readers know what you are talking about.
I, for one, don’t discriminate against non-Arabic Arab blogs, although I beleive that what’s valuable of them is, by definition, few.
On the other hand I advocate for the increase of Arabic content on the web.
I wonder why/if this isn’t a problem in other cultures.
