Customer service in Saudi Arabia is, well, nothing. I cannot see it, and I am not sure if anyone else can. So this story of retailers who abuse the rights of consumers is no news to me.

It’s the case in Egypt too.
Shops that will fill the world with claims that they are “The Agent”, “The Sole Distributor” and god’s gift to buyers all turn their back on you as soon as a defect appears in whatever you bought.
The sure thing is that they will strive to show you that it’s the user’s (you) fault.
Individuals and business customers are alike in getting this treatment.
They behave this way even when they haven’t got paid for the goods. it’s chronic.
