Random Saudi, the latest addition to our Saudi bloggers community, thinks that Saudi women are smarter than the men. I did not have the chance to talk to many Saudi women so I don’t know if I should agree with this ;-) What about you? What do you think?

    I will speak out of experience. The american university I was in had its fair share of Saudi students. Host to God, I noticed that the Saudi females were more hard-working and more intelligent than the Saudi males. There were a fewer number of Saudi males who were intelligent and smart. But generally, they were more interested in clubbing, going out on dates, shopping etc etc. The Saudi females were more studious and hard-working, so yes, out of experience, I think Saudi women are smarter. No offence to Saudi guys. But I think there have have been numerous studies conducted which has shown females are somewhat brighter than males all over the world.

  3. i can’t answer ur question Ahmad ..but i guess if we give the saudi women the chances the governament gave and still give to men , they will do something which can surprise the whole world ….

  4. well we cant really generalise with regards to gender, saudi women are excellent in many things but then again so are the men sometimes that is lol

    I have to agree with mansur – saudi women that i have met do in general work harder in education but this is mainly due to the fact that doors are not as open to them as they are for men i mean its harder for women as there are not many oppurtunities as for men so they gotta work harder to get places

  5. I agree with randomsaudi. Note this is only from what i’ve seen.. since the only saudi guys i know are the fobs at my school.. the ones back in saudi made a very good (read bad) impression on me… of being lazy and just out in the mall for harrasing women. yep its a big stereotype, but its true.. since that’s the most obvious thing about them that stands out.

    no offense ahmed.. i know for a fact you are not like that but a few bad apples always make everyone look bad.
