Saudi Jeans 
The only Saudis I would blame are the ones controlling the oil (namely the government). But I think more of the blame has to go on the shoulders of Bush and Company. They have caused this oil spike way more than anyone else. Also, the States are still getting gas prices at less than have of what it is in Europe.
The Saudi government is no friend to the U.S. (and vice versa) but i can’t blame them for making all the money they can while they can. The real culprit for high oil prices is rising world demand for a limited product. Let’s face it, the U.S. has a terrible drug addiction and it’s not meth or heroin. It’s oil. Until that monkey is off of people’s back the U.S. will continue to be involved in near eastern intrique. Americans have no one to blame but themselves.
