Jeff Veen and a small team of developers are creating a Ruby on Rails application to help bloggers measure traffic and other stats on their site. Jeff Veen is one of the pioneering web programmers, and I’m looking forward to use this tool.

In the year of petitions, Abeer Mishkhas emphasizes on respecting others’ choices. She has stated the obvious, but I think that some people in this society are not even ready to accept that idea.

The Louvre Museum will mount an exhibition of Islamic artifacts at the National Museum here in Riyadh next January. I’m definitely going to be there.

Random Saudi, the latest addition to our Saudi bloggers community, thinks that Saudi women are smarter than the men. I did not have the chance to talk to many Saudi women so I don’t know if I should agree with this ;-) What about you? What do you think?

Tim Berners-Lee, the man who created the first website fourteen years ago, says that blogging is closer to his original idea about a read/write web. He told BBC that he is expects the web when it’s 30 to become something that people don’t talk about, something that is sunk into the background as an assumption.
