1) Meet the Sandmonkey.
2) Eat chocolate (really, really good chocolate there)
3) Go to Khan Hakhalili and spend waaaaay to much money on chatchkas and a belly dancing outfit.

I mean, that is how I spent my time in Cairo, though sans any meeting with the Sandmonkey (this was 12 years ago).
