I’m not sure. It’s really hard to translate this. I will try:
“You can drive recklessly for a year or two, kill a guy or two, then become a famous religious figure!!”
I don’t believe this cartoon to be insulting. If anything, I agree with it. My 12 year old brother was quarelling with Mama the other day. She wanted him to get up and pray. He kept refusing. She was like “Ya rabee yahdeeh halwalad”
His reply came: “Baseer zay Abu Zagm, bafaaa7et lama amel… b3dan abda’a asalli”

The most influential figure in my little brother’s life is a man who prefers to be called “Zagm” (to the less aware, Zagum is the name of a plant in Hell)
